VOLUNTEER / METRO / VOLUNTEER LOGISTICS OFFICER
Our Volunteer Logistics Officers at St John WA are responsible for a wide variety of duties. These duties are integral to the efficient delivery of various services across our major events in WA and the role works hand in hand with our Event Health Services team.

Being a Logistics Officer within the St John Event Health Services team will give you the opportunity to improve your vehicle movement and maintenance skills, give you exposure to event logistics and improve your ability to work autonomously as well as part of a larger team.
You will also form part of the Event Health Services team at thousands of public events annually, and you will be part of a team that really makes a difference in people’s lives.

To become a volunteer with St John Ambulance Western Australia, you will be asked to complete an online application, including a medical questionnaire and the following:
All our volunteers are provided with the necessary training to enable them to carry out their role.
To continue to operate in your role, you must maintain the competencies required and an appropriate level of fitness as roles are physically demanding.
All information concerning our volunteers is treated as strictly confidential at all times.
Your volunteering for St John Ambulance should not cost you anything.
We will reimburse all legitimate out of pocket expenses incurred during your time volunteering with us.
You should talk to your supervisor to confirm what expenses you can claim.
