St John WA has fixed-term and casual positions for registered nurses and medics on behalf of our partners across WA.

The opportunity
We have FIFO placements at remote and regional mine sites throughout Western Australia, and metro-based shift work with the Western Australian Police and Western Australian correctional facilities.

The requirements
We're seeking people with:
- Unrestricted APRHA registration – nurses
- 2+ years’ experience in emergency, mining or remote health settings
- 5+ years' experience for correctional facility positions
- National Police Clearance issued within the last three months
- Full working rights in Australia
Additional desirable criteria:
- Cannulation and venipuncture competent
- Drug and Alcohol Tester Certificate (HLTPAT005)
- Advance First Aid (CPR) Certificate or ALS1 or ALS2 Certificate
- Cert 3 in Emergency Response and Rescue (R1130719)
- Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
- Current CPR accreditation
- C Class Driver's Licence
