Training Facilitator

We are currently seeking a Training Facilitator to train and assess paid and volunteer clinical officers for one or more of the St John WA Clinical scopes. This will be a Part Time role 30 hours a week, Belmont based with potential regional travel.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Clinical Education department in the efficient and effective delivery of training and development.
  • Deliver training and assessment to volunteers and paid clinical staff to required quality standards, enabling them to attain and maintain set skill levels, enabling them to perform their designated scope of practice.
  • Assess all course participants consistently and fairly, as per standards laid out in SJWA policy and documentation.
  • Complete and submit course reports and assessments via SJWA documentation and systems.
  • Manage own time and schedule to ensure that key tasks are completed both inside and outside the training environment and within contract hours.

What you’ll need:

  • Provide First Aid certificate (HLTAID003) (essential)
  • C Class drivers’ license (essential)
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable)
