Building Support Administration Officer

A job to be proud of:

You will assist the Facilities Manager with the management and delivery of the Facilities Maintenance System to ensure maintenance across the organisation is done in a prompt and effective manner.

What you’ll do:

  • Action reactive and preventative maintenance of all St John facilities
  • Process and action administration tasks including but not limited to invoices and compliance documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain, monitor, and suggest improvements to essential services such as security, maintenance.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships including but not limited to contractors.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills with prior experience in a similar capacity being highly regarded but not essential.
  • Good attention to detail when inputting and reviewing system data.
  • Proficient MS Office skills with demonstrated experience using the entire package in a similar environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and manage independent workload.
