Are you passionate about mental health and looking to provide vital admin support to teams making a positive impact?

We are seeking a Mental Health Co-Response Administration Coordinator to join our Clinical and Operational Excellence team in Belmont on a full-time, fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension

Reporting to the Complex Care Manager, you will provide administrative support to the wider team and coordinate initiatives and project associated with development and maintenance.

What you’ll do:

  • Undertake the maintenance of records and databases associated with the Mental Health Co-Response team, including the maintenance of training calendars, rosters, and asset and research registries
  • Act as a central point of queries for internal and external customers concerning Mental Health Co-Response
  • Ensure documentation and content on the internal web page is up-to-date, and create new documents for publication
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly reports
  • Conduct research activities to assist in the delivery of department projects and initiatives
  • Assist with elements of meetings from scheduling, reviewing relevant documentation, preparing briefing notes and minute taking
  • Providing ad hoc support to senior managers when required

What you’ll need:

  • Experience working in an Administration Role
  • Exceptional phone manner, customer service skills and experience dealing with phone enquiries
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise competing priorities
  • Competency using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Logical problem-solving abilities and ability to think and react quickly to challenges
