We are currently recruiting for a Training & Logistics Coordinator to join the Clinical Education team. This role is a fixed-term 4-month, full-time position with good potential for extension. The role will ensure that training resources are in place to meet operational and training requirements.

What you’ll do:

  • Be responsible for planning and coordination of the Passport Training Centre, a Belmont-based training hub for volunteer education, as well as coordination of course delivery for volunteers in the regions
  • Ensure all training resources are maintained and available for use as per operational requirements and policies
  • Maintain inventories of training resources
  • Consider processes to implement continuous improvement within training operations
  • Maintain all training rooms and facilitate repairs and maintenance
  • Arrange external venues and training courses for volunteer courses
  • Oversee the receipting of medical and class supply orders
  • Provide administration, practical support and training (if relevant) to internal and external users of LMS and the Volunteer Information Portal (VIP), as well as training equipment
  • General administrative duties within the Clinical Education department.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative support position in a fast-paced environment. A background in clinical training, health, or education would be highly regarded
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage a diverse range of concurrent activities
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Appreciation for Health and Safety regulations
  • Ability to develop procedures and workflows to drive efficiencies within the department.
