We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Admin Officer to join our Training and Equipment team on Permanent Part-Time, 15 hours per week based in Belmont.

You will drive growth through outbound sales calls, lead generation, and converting enquiries into appointments for our Account Managers.

What you’ll do:

  • Make outbound sales calls to generate and qualify new business leads
  • Convert warm and cold leads into booked appointments for Account Managers
  • Respond to enquiries with tailored product recommendations
  • Promote training and equipment solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team growth
  • Provide assistance and support in selling products in our retail shop.

What you’ll need:

  • Relevant retail experience – highly desirable
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and handling high call volumes
  • Strong phone-based communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in CRM data entry (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • A confident, results-driven attitude with a passion for converting leads into opportunities.
