We are currently looking for a People Experience Partner to join our People Innovation and Experience team on a 12-month fixed term, part-time contract (30 hours per week) covering maternity leave based at our Belmont Office.

This pivotal role drives strategic organisational development initiatives, helping leaders and teams grow, adapt, and thrive. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to design and deliver innovative capability and development programs, ensuring alignment with St John WA’s broader strategic goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with leaders to understand organisational needs and develop contemporary solutions that support change and performance
  • Align learning, development, and capability programs with business objectives
  • Design and deliver innovative, human-centred capability uplift programs
  • Provide advice to stakeholders on improving culture, capability, and performance using survey and data insights
  • Deliver impactful projects and facilitate workshops that foster engagement and continuous improvement
  • Stay across emerging trends and best practices in organisational development
  • Report on talent, performance, and engagement results to senior and executive leadership.

What you’ll need:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline (preferred)
  • Accreditation in a variety of psychometric assessments or developmental instruments (highly regarded)
  • Experience working in Organisational Development within a large complex environment
  • Background in corporate, health, community, or commercial sectors
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
