We currently have an exciting opportunity for a User Experience & User Interface (UX/UI) Specialist to become an integral part of our Customer Experience Department. As a UX/UI Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing user interfaces and flows across our digital platforms. Your work will ensure that our digital touchpoints are not only visually appealing but also intuitive, engaging, and accessible. Working closely with our digital transformation and marketing teams, you’ll contribute significantly to delivering a positive customer experience through our digital channels. This is a Full Time position 37.5 hours a week, based in Belmont.

What you’ll do:

  • Craft intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and flows for our digital platforms, including websites and mobile apps, ensuring consistency with our brand aesthetics.
  • Work alongside product and development teams to bring your designs to life, ensuring feasibility and alignment with our digital strategy.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, using your findings to inform and refine your design decisions.
  • Utilize feedback from usability studies and A/B testing to continuously enhance the user experience.
  • Communicate your design concepts and the rationale behind them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive understanding and implementation of UI/UX principles across the organization.

What you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in creating engaging and user-friendly digital interfaces.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to conduct thorough user research and usability testing to inform design improvements.
  • Advanced stakeholder communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and decisions clearly to various departments and levels within the organization.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, complemented by strong data visualization skills to effectively present research findings and design concepts.
  • A bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • Certifications or training in UI/UX design methodologies and tools are highly regarded.
