About the Role:

We are looking for an Automotive Technician to join our State Control and Logistics department on a permanent full-time basis. Ensure all organisational vehicles and equipment are maintained and repaired to operational standards.

What we offer:

You will work in a modern, fully air‑conditioned workshop with all equipment provided to support safe and efficient work. You will have your own service bay with a 4-post hoist and all the specialty tools needed to carry out repairs and servicing. All you need to bring is your own hand tools. We offer both inhouse and specialty training with our partners to keep you up to date with your skills, along with a great work‑life balance: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with no weekend work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance
  • Deliver vehicles to outside contractors for repairs
  • Assist internal stakeholders with technical information and repairs
  • Maintain accurate records on service/fault sheets and update fleet management system
  • Maintain a safe work environment in line with health and safety requirements
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and procedures

What You’ll Need:

  • Relevant qualification in Automotive Mechanical
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
  • C Class drivers’ license
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with mechanical, automotive electrical repairs & wheel alignment
  • Air-conditioning repairer’s license/refrigerant handling (desirable)
  • Light Rigid (LR) license (desirable)
