As the Change Partner at St John WA, you’ll foster a culture of collaboration and effective communication within SJWA. This position is designed to ensure that all stakeholders are consistently engaged and informed, promoting a consultative approach to decision-making processes.

The Change Partner supports the overall Performance and Project function of Digital Services, working closely with the Manager Performance and Projects to ensure that change management is applied appropriately to projects and programs.

This role is a permanent full-time position based at our head office in Belmont.

What you’ll do:

  • Work collaboratively with the broader Performance and Project team to ensure approved projects have the appropriate support.
  • Support the Delivery Partners in developing and planning the overall project/program change management strategy.
  • Supervise the development of key change management deliverables (change management plan stakeholder assessment etc).
  • Assist with up-front and in-phase planning of projects (eg: Risk workshops, WBS planning, Business Case development, Lessons Learned) as and when required.
  • Maintain standards, practices, progress tracking of change process using standard templates.
  • Adhere to the guidelines set for change management practice.
  • Be transparent about change management progress in SJWA reporting.

What you’ll need:

  • 8+ years’ of experience required in similar role, such as Change Manager, Senior Advisor, Senior Change Analyst.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • A consultative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Confidence to run workshops involving a range of stakeholders.
