        As a Change Partner at St John WA, you will play a critical role in enabling successful change across enterprise initiatives. Embedded within the Digital Services Performance and Projects function, you will partner closely with Delivery Partners, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure change is well planned, clearly communicated, and thoughtfully embedded across the organisation.

        You will champion a consistent, consultative, and pragmatic approach to change management, helping teams navigate impact, manage risk, and realise benefits while maintaining a strong focus on people, culture, and operational outcomes.

        This is a permanent, full-time role based at our head office in Belmont.

        What you’ll do:

        • Partner with the Performance and Projects team to ensure approved initiatives are appropriately supported with fit-for-purpose change management
        • Work alongside Delivery Partners to shape and plan end-to-end change approaches aligned to project objectives and organisational priorities
        • Lead the development of key change artefacts, including change strategies and plans, stakeholder impact assessments, communication plans, and adoption activities
        • Support broader project delivery activities such as risk and impact workshops, business case development, planning sessions, and lessons learned
        • Maintain and continuously improve change management standards, frameworks, templates, governance, and reporting practices
        • Track and report on change progress, risks, and adoption outcomes, providing clear and transparent insights to leaders and stakeholders
        • Promote strong engagement, communication, and collaboration across teams to support successful delivery and sustainable outcomes.

        What you’ll need:

        • Experience in similar role, such as Change Manager, Senior Advisor, Senior Change Analyst
        • MBA (desirable)
        • Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders
        • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
        • A consultative and structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making
        • Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging large or complex stakeholder groups.
