We are currently seeking an experienced Client Relations Officer to join our team in the Lower South Region based in our Albany Office on a permanent part time basis working total of 18.75 hours per week. You will be tasked to foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, focusing on end-to-end support of training and equipment services across the region.

This opportunity will suit an individual who has demonstrated experience in maintaining customer relationships and has a commitment to excellent customer service. As part of this role, you will need to be a self-starter and have excellent customer service skills to be successful.

What you’ll do:

  • Meet financial targets through the coordination of private first aid training classes and onsite first aid kit servicing
  • Provide service quotations to clients accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide advice and recommendations on most suitable service selections that align with their requirements
  • Engage with existing clients to provide additional information on other available offerings
  • Facilitate onboarding of new clients and provide admin support
  • Maintain communication with clients gathering feedback and identifying areas for continuous improvement
  • Stay informed of market trends to anticipate customer needs.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in corporate, health, community, commercial or training-based sectors (2+ years in similar role)
  • Previous experience in customer service, client services, or sales administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and confident using Microsoft Office/systems
  • Good problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Collaborative and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable).
