About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our Training and Equipment department on a casual basis, based in Belmont. This is an office-based position, working one day per week on Mondays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, depending on operational requirements.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients by addressing all their first aid needs promptly and professionally. You will ensure sales and student enrolments are growing and maximised to achieve and exceed the business performance targets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond and action all phone calls and emails accurately and within an expected time frame
  • Help students with the use of systems, accessing information and identifying any outstanding requirements for course completion
  • Identify customer needs to recommend and book any appropriate First Aid training courses or product sale
  • Actively promote and sell St John WA products and services to customers to increase enrolments
  • Ensure all RTO compliance requirements for enrolment in first aid courses is met

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years customer service or sales experience
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Professional attitude with an outstanding work ethic
  • Full working rights in Australia
