About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Services Consultant to join our Training and Equipment department on a casual basis. You will be responsible for predominately inbound calls regarding First Aid training and products. You will join a passionate and friendly team within a community focused Not for Profit.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond and action all phone calls and emails accurately and within an expected time frame to ensure customers’ needs are met
• Help students in use of systems, accessing information and identifying any outstanding requirements for course completion
• Identify customer needs to recommend and book any appropriate First Aid training courses or product sale
• Actively promote and sell St John WA products and services to customers to increase enrolments
• Some outbound calls regarding existing enquiries.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 2 years customer service or sales experience
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Professional attitude with an outstanding work ethic
• Team focused with the ability to work autonomously.
