We are seeking an organised and community-minded District Support Coordinator to join our team in Albany on a Permanent full-time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting our regional operations and volunteers across the Great Southern district.

You will coordinate the delivery of high-quality administrative support for our regional centres and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, assist with volunteer engagement, and help strengthen community connections.

What you’ll do:

  • Providing administrative support to management, including rostering, timecards, maintenance and cleaning coordination
  • Maintaining accurate volunteer records and assisting with reward and recognition programs
  • Liaising with the travel team to coordinate district travel requirements
  • Supporting and attending community events to promote volunteer engagement and participation
  • Maintaining district calendars, registers, and assets
  • Assisting with induction and training documentation
  • Training peers and administrative staff to enhance consistency across the region
  • Some travelling within the district to maintain relationships with local stakeholders and sub centres
  • Being the first point of contact for volunteer administrative queries.

What you’ll need:

  • Certificate IV in Frontline Management (desirable)
  • Experience working with volunteers and in a team environment
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Confidence in training or supporting others.
