About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Campaigns Officer to join our Brand and Marketing department on a 6-month fixed term full-time basis, based in Belmont. This role contributes across the full customer and product lifecycle, ensuring our marketing is aligned, effective, and continuously improving. You will work closely with our Marketing Specialists, Marketing Manager and stakeholders across the business to deliver campaigns that drive engagement and measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Planning & Delivery

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans across both established products and new initiatives
  • Contribute to campaign planning with a focus on alignment to business priorities and commercial outcomes
  • Manage campaign timelines, workflows and assets to ensure delivery is on-brand, on time, and high quality

Integrated Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate and deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, website, CRM and print
  • Ensure consistency and integration across channels and touchpoints
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and ways of working

Performance, Insights & Optimisation

  • Track, measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
  • Use data and customer insights to inform optimisation and improve ROI
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across marketing activity and processes

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns aligned to customer and business needs
  • Build strong relationships across Brand, Marketing and product teams
  • Provide proactive support and coordination to ensure efficient campaign delivery

What You’ll Need:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing, campaign or project role, with exposure to end-to-end delivery
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Analytical capability with confidence using data to generate insights and recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
