As the Project Coordinator, you are responsible for providing support to project leadership across allocated projects within the Digital Services function, assisting delivery of project activities, milestones and outcomes in line with established governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery expectations. The Project Coordinator contributes to delivery discipline by maintaining project artefacts, supporting effective coordination, and enabling visibility of scope, schedule, and budget across the portfolio.

The is a Permanent fulltime position, based at our Head Office in Belmont.

What you’ll do:

  • Support Delivery Partners to plan, document, manage, execute and report progress of their allocated projects in alignment with the project plan and controls
  • Support Delivery Partners in monitoring project performance and delivery milestones, gather stakeholder input, and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain all project documentation and records to ensure Delivery Partners can accurately evaluate performance, complete assurance checks and support decision making.
    ensure project governance procedures and artefacts are current, compliant with relevant internal policies and external regulatory requirements, and flag any deviations for resolution
  • Support project leadership in preparing reports, packs, and presentations for governance forums, Steering Committees, and Executive Borads, ensuring messaging is accurate, consistent, and insight driven
  • Ensure all projects are aligned with enterprise level reporting and planning standards, enabling consistency across governance forums
  • Capture and update key portfolio data such as strategic alignment, business value, risk exposure, dependencies, and resource requirements
  • Track portfolio pipeline health and ensure initiatives follow agreed gating, approval, and prioritisation processes.

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Project Support Officer (desirable)
  • Experienced with tools like Jira, Miro, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams to help plan and track work and communicate with others
  • Ability to support in project budgets, delivering tasks, and putting together project information
  • High attention to detail
  • Good at keeping project records and creating reports for managers
  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; some knowledge of project work and IT projects.
