  • Provide advice and guidance to hiring leaders on recruitment strategies, market conditions and candidate engagement approaches.
  • Monitor and review recruitment and rostering performance metrics, ensuring insights inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leaders to forecast workforce needs and ensure appropriate strategies and capability are in place.
  • Guide, direct and support direct reports to manage people related matters including but not limited to conduct, probation, performance, fitness and grievances or ensure they are escalated to People Services for advice.
  • Support the development of talent pipelines and workforce sustainability strategies for medical and dental roles.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience leading a recruitment team.
  • Demonstrated equivalent experience (typically 5-7+ years) in workforce services, recruitment, rostering or operational leadership roles within healthcare or similar environments.
  •
  • Proven experience in effectively leading and managing recruitment and rostering teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of recruitment systems, workforce planning tools and rostering processes within the ambit of this position.
  • High level verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including evidence of building networks and collaborative working arrangements with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, recruitment best practice and workforce compliance requirements.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will be offered an interactive and supportive working environment, along with:
