We are seeking a Resource Coordinator to join our Patient & Community Transport Services team based in Belmont. This role plays a vital part in supporting on-road personnel including staff and volunteers to deliver safe, timely and reliable transport services to our community.

This position is available as either:

  • Full Time (37.5 hours per week), or
  • Part Time (22.5 hours - 3 days per week)

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate and dispatch transport crews, ensuring the right resources are allocated to meet booked pick-up times and service requirements
  • Monitor vehicle and crew movements and manage operational changes
  • Maintain accurate information across patient transfer and dispatch systems
  • Managing the daily response times and KPIs
  • Allocate resources efficiently to maximise service delivery
  • Support on-road personnel and act as a key point of contact
  • The Communication centre is operational between 6am – 10pm and you will be rostered to shifts within these operational hours.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in dispatch, logistics, fleet or resource coordination (highly desirable)
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using multiple systems, including MS Office
  • Able to work independently in a shift-work environment
  • Knowledge of the WA health system (desirable)
