About the Role:

We are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Industry Medical Services department on a 11-month fixed term full-time basis.

You will deliver exceptional client engagement, supporting effective account management, providing strong operational support, and leading and managing site-based direct reports. The position supports key account management and contributes to the efficient operation of business processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.
  • Manage client enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and proactively communicate updates to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and support service delivery outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate client records, compliance data, and reporting information within FastTrack and Salesforce systems.
  • Monitor workforce requirements, identify recruitment gaps, and support recruitment, onboarding, and candidate placement activities.
  • Collaborate with operational, clinical, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery, staff compliance, and site readiness.
  • Support workforce operations by assisting with rostering coverage, managing operational queries, and enhancing staff engagement initiatives.
  • Lead and support team performance by providing guidance, addressing people-related matters, and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

What You’ll Need:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client facing role within service delivery, healthcare, or resource sector environment.
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Engagement, Health Administration, or a related field. (desirable)
  • Experience using client management systems (Salesforce) and maintaining accurate data
  • Knowledge of client engagement, general customer service principles, and practices.
  • Ability to work in an autonomous environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and high data entry accuracy
  • Experience working within contractual requirements and operational processes, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to travel and stay on site when required as business needs dictate.
