        Are you a detail-oriented and organised administrator who enjoys supporting facilities operations and keeping things running smoothly?

        We are currently seeking a Building Support Administration Officer to join our Property and Development team. In this role, you will support the Facilities Manager in the management and delivery of the Facilities Maintenance System, ensuring maintenance activities across the organisation are completed in a timely and effective manner.

        This is a permanent full-time position based in Belmont.

        What you’ll do:

        • Action reactive and preventative maintenance of all St John facilities
        • Process and action administration tasks including but not limited to invoices and compliance documentation in a timely manner
        • Maintain, monitor, and suggest improvements to essential services such as security, maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling
        • Maintain a security system and key register for all relevant sites
        • Build strong internal and external relationships including but not limited to contractors.

        What you’ll need:

        • Strong administration and organisational skills with prior experience in a similar capacity
        • Good attention to detail when inputting and reviewing system data
        • Proficient MS Office skills with demonstrated experience using the entire package in a similar environment
        • Adaptability and flexibility with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables
        • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and manage independent workload.
