An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced clinical and operational leader to join St John WA as Clinical Hub Operations Lead. Reporting to the Manager – Clinical Hub & Quality, this role provides clinical and operational leadership to ensure the Clinical Hub delivers safe, sustainable, and patient-centred services aligned with organisational priorities and clinical governance frameworks.
The working pattern is Monday - Friday working from SHOC (State Health Operations Centre) located in Perth CBD.
You will lead a multidisciplinary clinical workforce and play a key role in strengthening care pathways, improving service coordination, and reducing avoidable Emergency Department presentations.
