As our Corporate Applications Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring the organisation’s corporate off-the-shelf applications are well supported and effectively enabled across the business. The role combines systems administration, application support and incident resolution, lifecycle activities, and governance enablement, providing a breadth of responsibility across multiple domains.

As the first point of contact for business users, the position is business-facing and requires both a functional understanding of core applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, and Microsoft tools) and the ability to provide technical support while translating technical information into clear, accessible language for non-technical users. The nature and scope of support activities will vary depending on the application and its defined support delivery agreement.

This position is a permanent full-time position based at our head office in Belmont.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as systems administrator or SME for assigned applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS) across multiple domains.
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Configure application parameters, workflows, or modules as required.
  • Monitor system health, usage, and performance to ensure reliable operations.
  • Provide trusted application expertise to stakeholders, explaining functional impacts and system interactions.
  • Support integrations by understanding how applications connect within the broader technology ecosystem.
  • Maintain, and where required develop, FAQs, knowledge articles, and how-to guides to promote consistency and self-service.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance functionality, performance, and user experience.

What you’ll need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field
  • At least 2 years’ hands-on experience supporting one or more corporate off-the-shelf applications (Dynamics 365, UKG, Salesforce, Chris 21), preferably across multiple domains
  • Experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity tools, including Power Platform and SharePoint
  • Proven ability to provide responsive, user-focused support to stakeholders and business users
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with experience resolving application incidents
  • Skilled in maintaining documentation, support logs, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
