The Delivery Partner is a modern, multi-disciplinary delivery professional responsible for leading the successful execution of complex, technology enabled initiatives. With a strong technical foundation in software development, solution design, testing and delivery governance, this role operates at the intersection of business and technology.

The Delivery Partner navigates complexity with confidence, aligning delivery activities to enterprise standards, enabling business units to translate strategy into executable work, and delivering outcomes that matter. Skilled in facilitation, change, and communication, they bring structure, foresight and momentum to cross functional teams and ensure initiatives stay on track.

This role is a permanent full-time position based at our head office in Belmont.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from initiation through execution to final handover and benefit realisation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, schedules and RAID logs, aligned to critical paths and delivery milestones.
  • Drive disciplined project governance including scope, time, cost, and quality management ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budged and to expectation.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues and interdependencies, facilitating resolution through the appropriate governance forums.
  • Partner with business units to shape initiatives from strategic intent through to prioritised delivery pipelines.
  • Assist in integrated planning cycles across architecture, delivery, change and business readiness functions.
  • Facilitate workshops, roadmap sessions, and steering groups to align, inform and engage.
  • Ensure delivery communications, reporting, and change messaging are clear, timely and business friendly.

What you’ll need:

  • Degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • Good problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Depp understanding of project lifecycle management, software delivery, solution design, and testing disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional delivery across business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and change leads.
  • Skilled in risk and dependency management, milestone tracking, and benefit realisation frameworks.
