Are you an experienced delivery professional who thrives in complex, technology-enabled environments?

We are looking for a Delivery Partner to join our Digital Services team and play a key role in shaping and delivering complex initiatives across the organisation. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution, bringing structure, momentum and clarity to cross-functional teams.

As a Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, from shaping early concepts through to execution, handover and benefit realisation. You will work closely with business leaders, technical teams and vendors to ensure delivery is aligned, governed and outcome focused.

This role is a 12-month fixed term full-time position based at our head office in Belmont.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage delivery plans, schedules, milestones and RAID logs
  • Drive strong delivery governance across scope, cost, time, quality and risk
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations
  • Maintain delivery artefacts including status reports, change controls and readiness checklists
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise delivery frameworks and portfolio governance
  • Partner with business units to translate strategy into executable delivery pipelines
  • Support business case development, resourcing and benefit realisation planning
  • Coordinate across business, technology, PMO, vendors and executive stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops, roadmaps, steering committees and delivery forums
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices, tools and templates
  • Mentor delivery professionals and support communities of practice

What you’ll need:

  • Degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related discipline
  • Postgraduate qualification in Project Management (highly regarded)
  • 7+ years’ experience in digital delivery across agile and traditional environments
  • Certifications in PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum, SAFe or related frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or MS Project
  • Strong understanding of software delivery, solution design and delivery governance
