About the Role:

We are looking for a Demand Planning Officer to join our Supply Chain department on a 12-month fixed term full-term basis with potential for extension.  

In this role, you will support effective inventory and demand planning to ensure every site has the right products, at the right time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain accurate stock levels across multiple sites
  • Monitor min/max inventory levels and adjust as required
  • Work closely with suppliers to resolve delivery issues
  • Investigate demand changes and respond to emerging trends
  • Reduce stock loss through efficient planning and expiry management
  • Identify potential shortages and help build recovery plans
  • Track internal shipments and ensure all orders are complete.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in forecasting, planning, and optimising inventory levels
  • Experience in ERP systems (MS Dynamics GP – desirable)
  • Background in inventory management or purchasing (health/emergency services desirable)
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent organisation and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Clear communication and strong relationship‑building skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
