A role where you’re trusted to run your own day

If you prefer being out on the road rather than stuck behind a desk, and you’re comfortable working independently, this role offers a practical, hands-on opportunity to make a real impact in your local community.

 

As a Field Service Officer, you’ll travel across the Metropolitan region supporting businesses to stay safe and prepared for emergencies. From servicing first aid kits to checking defibrillators and emergency equipment, your work helps ensure the right tools are ready when they’re needed most. This is a Full Time position 37.5 hours a week.

 

What the role looks like

  • Travel daily between client sites across the region
  • Service and restock first aid kits, rooms and equipment
  • Check and maintain defibrillators and emergency oxygen equipment
  • Complete job records and reporting using mobile systems
  • Conduct basic site checks and identify client requirements
  • Manage your own schedule and keep jobs moving throughout the day
  • Build relationships with clients and provide practical advice
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services

 

What you’ll bring

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own day
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Confidence using mobile devices and systems
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A practical, hands-on approach to work
  • Current unrestricted ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence
  • Experience with CRM systems or field-based work is an advantage, but not essential
