About the Role:

Are you passionate about optimising HR systems and supporting a positive workplace experience?

We are currently looking for a HR Systems Administrator to join our People Innovation and Experience team on a 10-month fixed term, full-time basis based at our Belmont Office and play a key role in keeping our HR, recruitment, training, talent management and engagement systems running smoothly.

You will ensure our People systems deliver accurate data, resolve technical issues, and provide meaningful insights to support team members and volunteers across St John. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help improve processes and support decision-making across the organisation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer and maintain People systems to support HR, recruitment, training, talent management and engagement processes
  • Provide system support to team members and volunteers, resolving technical issues
  • Generate reports and deliver insights to assist decision-making
  • Maintain accurate data entry and system integrity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet reporting and information needs
  • Troubleshoot issues, assist with integrations, and ensure smooth system operations.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience using or administering HR systems
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Skills in HR data analysis, reporting, and maintaining data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational skills, and commitment to continuous improvement.
