The Opportunity:

St John are seeking energetic and active individual for a 12 month fixed term contract to work as a Logistics Storekeeper to assist our Supply Chain team. You will ensure accurate and effective movement of inventory through active participation in all areas of logistics including, despatch, receivals, spot counts, site replenishment and stock rotation.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify expired, damaged, and unusable inventory.
  • Load and unload delivery vans as required.
  • Support with ad-hoc deliveries & collections where needed.
  • Ensure all physical inventory movements correspond with electronic movement records.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to establish processes and procedures that support a customer centric operation.
  • Ensure accurate inventory routines at all sites
  • Pick and pack orders using RF scanners
  • Putaway and rotate stock based on temperature-control, expiry and lot tracking
  • Accurately receive goods using RF scanners and other digital tools
  • General understanding of MS Excel

  • C class drivers licence
  • Forklift Licence
  • Warehouse & Inventory knowledge.
  • Experience with logistics and warehouse systems.
  • Ability to communicate with internal stake holders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to demonstrate initiative.
  • Effective time-management.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good record keeping skills.
