We are currently recruiting a Retail Sales Consultant to join our First Aid Team in a casual position. The position will operate from our first aid retail shop based in Belmont.

This is a customer facing position requiring a friendly, well presented, and reliable individual who is focussed on delivering excellent customer service in the sales and administration of first aid products and equipment. 

What you’ll do: 

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers at all times 
• Meet and greet customers and visitors at front reception 
• Respond to queries accurately and timely to ensure customers’ needs are met 
• Actively promote and sell St John WA first aid products and services 
• Provide accurate quotes and invoices and product information to customers 
• Receive customer orders and process in a timely manner
• Manage pricing, inventory replenishment, restocking product items 
• End of month reporting on sales and stock levels 
• Daily banking settlements/reconciliations 

What you’ll need: 

• Highly experienced in a reception or administration background
• A high standard of customer service and sales delivery 
• The ability to build rapport with the general public and corporate clientele 
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills 
• Professional and mature attitude and presentation with an outstanding work ethic 
• Punctuality is extremely important due to retail shop opening and closing times 
• Competent across Microsoft Office Suites
