A Job to be proud of:

You will be responsible for the service scheduling, coordination and monitoring of fleet movement to ensure that the maintenance activities of St John WA’s Fleet, Radio & Equipment Department are not disrupted.

What you’ll do:

  • Capacity planning ensuring jobs are lined up for the coming weeks
  • Prepare comprehensive job packs, including all necessary work orders and documentation
  • Collaborate with the Fleet and Radio team to resolve schedule conflicts and resource constraints
  • Implement schedule change control processes and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of the curve by adjusting servicing schedules to meet shifting operational demands and keep everything running smoothly
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software tools
  • Maintain system data accuracy by keeping all information up to date and ensuring work orders are in correct status
  • Review previous weeks performance and continually monitor and tracking of resources and notify line manager of critical risks that may impact the operational workforce
  • Implement schedule change control processes and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the Planning Lead as required. 

What you’ll need:

  • Background in corporate, health, community or commercial based sectors
  • Good problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Experience in a similar role in a maintenance environment.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining Master data and maintenance tactics.
  •  Experience in business improvement initiatives, working autonomously and within a team to drive results.
  • Strong budget management skills with a focus on cost control and maintaining confidentiality.
  • C Class drivers’ license
