As a Senior Network Engineer – Unified Comms, you are providing Network and Unified Communication Subject Matter expertise within the Digital Services Business Group supporting the team in planning, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimising all IT Network and Unified Communication Technology hardware, and communication links, ensuring minimal downtime. You will also support with diagnose, resolve, and document hardware and software issues, providing end-user support as needed.
These responsibilities are essential for maintaining the operational integrity of St John’s organisation’s IT and Emergency Service Infrastructure, ensuring that end users have the necessary tools to perform their jobs effectively.
This is a permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, based in the Belmont office.
