Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional looking to make a meaningful impact in workplace safety and wellbeing?

We are looking for a Wellbeing, Safety and Injury Support Coordinator to join our Wellbeing, Safety and Injury Management department on permanent fulltime position based in Belmont. You will provide high-level business and administrative support to the Department Head and Managers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about maintaining efficient systems and processes.

What you’ll do:

  • Providing cross team support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
  • Maintaining databases, tracking expenses, and handling confidential information
  • Organising events, seminars, and workshops
  • Assisting with projects, preparing reports, and creating presentations
  • Processing purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash claims
  • Managing internal communications, including intranet updates and stakeholder engagement
  • Supporting the Safety and Wellbeing and Psychology teams in their day-to-day operations
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring accurate document control
  • Ensuring records and reports are up to date, accessible, and properly archived.

What you’ll need:

  • Certificate III or higher in Administration (or proven experience)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with safety management systems is a plus.
