About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Critical Care Administration Officer to join our Clinical and Operational Excellence team on a permanent part-time basis working 30 hours a week.

Reporting to the Critical Care Manager, you will provide administrative support to the wider team and coordinate activities for initiatives and undertake projects associated with the ongoing development and maintenance of the Critical Care Portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

  • Undertake the maintenance of records and databases associated with the Critical Care Paramedic team, including the maintenance of training calendars, rosters, and asset and research registries
  • Act as a central point of queries for internal and external customers concerning Critical Care
  • Ensure documentation and content on the internal web page is up-to-date, and create new documents for publication
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly reports
  • Conduct research activities to assist in the delivery of department projects and initiatives
  • Assist with elements of meetings from scheduling, agendas, reviewing relevant documentation, preparing briefing notes and minute taking
  • Providing ad hoc support to senior managers when required

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience working in an Administration Role
  • Exceptional phone manner, customer service skills and experience dealing with phone enquiries
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise competing priorities
  • Competency using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Logical problem-solving abilities and ability to think and react quickly to challenges
