About the Role:

We are looking for an Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our Digital Services department on a 1-year Fixed Term Full Time basis.

Supporting identity governance activities, including user access management, access reviews, and day to day IAM operations, while also contributing to IAM projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Working in close collaboration with the IAM Specialist and the broader Cyber Security team, the role helps ensure that appropriate access controls are in place to meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support day-to-day Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, ensuring secure and efficient user access.
  • Manage the full Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle, including user provisioning, modifications, suspensions, and deprovisioning.
  • Investigate and resolve IAM incidents and service requests, escalating risks and issues where required.
  • Assist with role-based access management (RBAC), maintaining access roles and supporting access model improvements.
  • Support user access reviews, certification activities, audits, reporting, and evidence collection to meet compliance requirements.
  • Assist with the implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of IAM and Identity Governance solutions.
  • Develop and maintain IAM documentation, processes, procedures, and standards while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Digital Services and business stakeholders to deliver secure access outcomes and complete manual access administration when required.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Information Technology or Cyber Security in a corporate setting.
  • Tertiary qualifications or certification in Information Technology of Cyber Security are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, follow established processes, and build effective relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A willingness to develop IAM and Cyber Security expertise; experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), access reviews, and identity lifecycle management is highly regarded.
