About the Role:

Based in Northbridge, this role places you at the heart of a dynamic, fast-paced custodial environment. You will perform thorough patient assessments and escalate concerns appropriately, ensuring timely and effective care. Shifts are 12 hours in duration, running from 0600 to 1800 or 1800 to 0600, including comprehensive handovers. During peak periods, an additional nurse will be available to assist, and you will always work alongside a team member from WAPOL, ensuring safety and collaboration. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your clinical expertise while contributing to a positive, cohesive team culture.

About you

You are a dedicated and highly skilled nursing professional, driven to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. With a blend of clinical expertise and genuine empathy, you communicate with confidence and clarity both verbally and in writing You build meaningful, trusting connections with patients and the broader care team. You take ownership of monitoring patient health throughout their stay, delivering timely First Aid when needed, and assist patients in understanding their conditions, treatments, and preventative measures.

  • AHPRA registered RN with no restrictions.
  • 5+ Years' Nursing experience
  • 2 Years ED or Custodial nursing experience.
  • Venipuncture
  • Current NPC (Issued within last 3 months) or willing to obtain.
  • Current Provide First Aid/ALS and CPR Certificate (current or willing to obtain).
  • Current WA Working with Children (WWC).
  • Valid Driver's Licence.
  • Ability to pass Integrity Checks.

Desirable Requirements

  • Nurse Immunisation Certificate
  • Mental Health experience advantageous.
  • Sound reasoning and clinical skills.
