St John WA has partnered with Rio Tinto to deliver high-quality healthcare services across mining sites in the Pilbara, supporting workforce health and safety.
The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for FIFO roles across WA. This is a fixed-term contract for 2 months, with the possibility of extension for up to 12 months, subject to performance and operational needs.
About You
- Experience in Emergency, Remote, or Occupational Health nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Experience with medicals and drug & alcohol testing (desirable)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care, emergency response, and first aid
- Conduct health assessments and screenings
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Support health promotion and site safety initiatives
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years’ RN experience
- CPR and First Aid (ALS preferred)
- Manual Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance
- Drug & Alcohol Tester (HLTPAT005) and cannulation competency
