A Job to be proud of:

You will be responsible for developing, sequencing, and managing preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for St John WA’s fleet, radio, and medical equipment assets.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain preventative and corrective maintenance schedules across fleet, radio, and equipment assets.
  • Perform capacity planning to ensure maintenance activities are sequenced efficiently and aligned with operational priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet and Radio team to resolve schedule conflicts and resource constraints, including tracking parts availability and coordinating logistics to support maintenance execution
  • Monitor schedule adherence, adjust plans to meet changing operational demands and implement schedule change control processes and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain schedules using scheduling software tools
  • Review previous weeks performance and continually monitor and tracking of resources and notify line manager of critical risks that may impact the operational workforce.
  • Monitor progress against the schedule and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders
  • Implement schedule change control processes and communicate schedule updates to key stakeholders

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in maintenance planning, asset coordination, or service scheduling within a fleet or technical environment
  • Strong understanding of maintenance workflows, asset lifecycle management, and scheduling systems.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong budget management skills with a focus on cost control and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or similar).
  • C Class drivers’ license
