A job to be proud of:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Digital Services department on a permanent, full-time basis, based in Belmont.

As the Project Coordinator, you will provide support to project leadership across allocated projects within the Digital Services function. You will assist with the coordination and delivery of project activities, milestones and outcomes in line with established governance frameworks, reporting standards and delivery expectations. The role will contribute to strong project delivery by maintaining project documentation and artefacts, coordinating project activities, and providing clear visibility of scope, schedules and budgets across the project portfolio.

What you’ll do:

  • Support Delivery Partners to plan, document, manage, execute and report on allocated projects in line with approved project plans and controls.
  • Monitor project performance and key milestones, gather stakeholder feedback and support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records to support performance evaluation, assurance activities and decision-making.
  • Ensure project governance processes and artefacts remain current and compliant with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, escalating any deviations for resolution.
  • Support the preparation of reports, governance packs and presentations for governance forums, Steering Committees and Executive Boards, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and insight-driven.
  • Ensure projects align with enterprise planning and reporting standards to support consistent governance and oversight.
  • Maintain key portfolio information, including strategic alignment, business value, risks, dependencies and resource requirements.
  • Monitor portfolio pipeline health and ensure initiatives progress through agreed gating, approval and prioritisation processes.

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Project Support Officer (desirable)
  • Experienced with tools like Jira, Miro, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams to help plan and track work and communicate with others
  • Ability to support in project budgets, delivering tasks, and putting together project information
  • High attention to detail
  • Good at keeping project records and creating reports for managers
  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; some knowledge of project work and IT projects.

What’s in it for you?

The successful candidate will be offered an interactive and supportive working environment within a positive and professional team along with:

  • $550 Health and Wellness reimbursement
  • 17.5% annual leave loading
  • Corporate Uniform
  • Salary packaging options
  • Free emergency ambulance cover
  • Free first aid training
