We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Support Officer to join on Permanent Part-Time, 15 hours per week based in Belmont.

In this role, you will be responsible for actively identifying, generating, and closing business leads and opportunities across our range of products and services. You will support our Account Managers by turning enquiries into booked appointments and helping drive overall business growth. What you’ll do:

  • Generate and qualify new business leads
  • Convert warm and cold leads into booked appointments for Account Managers
  • Respond to enquiries with tailored product recommendations
  • Promote our range of training and equipment solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and support overall team growth
  • Provide product and sales support in our retail shop.

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (outbound sales highly regarded)
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and handling high call volumes
  • Strong phone-based communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in CRM data entry (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • A confident, results-driven attitude with a passion for converting leads into opportunities.
