About the Role:

We are looking for a Staff Deployment Officer to join our Rostering department on a full time permanent basis. The hours of work from Monday to Friday one week 530am – 130pm & second week 1130am – 730pm. There will be overtime opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitoring and tracking staff movements 
• Coordinating shift coverage 
• Maintaining CAD accuracy 
• Updating databases 
• Providing policy guidance 
• Handling complaints 
• Processing infringements 
• Reporting on KPIs

• Admin or call centre experience 
• Strong communication skills 
• Attention to detail 
• Microsoft Office skills specifically excel
• Problem-solving ability
