About the Role:
We are looking for a Support Partner to join State Control and Logistics team. This is a full-time permanent position based at our Belmont State Office.
Reporting to the General Manager – State Control and Logistics, the successful applicant will provide department coordination and administration support across the department. You’ll be part of a highly skilled, committed and collaborative team that together provide crucial and highly valued services to the rest of the organisation.
What You’ll Do:
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager to ensure department activities and coordination is achieved.
- Collating reports and data, reporting any discrepancies to the General Manager.
- Organise and facilitate leadership meetings for the department, and ensuring team is accountable by tracking actions and deadlines.
- Organise individual meetings between General Manager and Senior Management to discuss department and strategic activities on a fortnightly basis.
- Provide business and administration support to all aspects of the department. This may include but not limited to;
- Finding and booking meeting rooms.
- Preparing meeting agendas and take minutes to distribute to the team of action items.
- Collaborate with internal teams to organise flights, transport and accommodation for department.
- Organizing key team events & external events.
- Calander and inbox management for the General Manager.

What you’ll need:
- Background in corporate, health, community or commercial based sectors (preferred)
- Diploma of Business Administration and/or extensive administrative experience (preferred)
- Good problem solving and organisational skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience with diary management and the coordination of meetings, bookings, and preparing correspondence.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and discretion.
- Proactive and able to anticipate what's needed.
- Confident dealing with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable making decisions and working autonomously.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suites (particularly Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment an able to learn new programs and processes.
