Are you a proactive and organised administrator with a passion for supporting training and operations?

We are looking for a dedicated Training and Equipment Support Officer to join our Training and Equipment team based in Geraldton on a Fixed Term contract 3 months Full Time 37.5 hours a week.

In this support role, you will work closely with the Regional Training & Equipment Team, providing high-level administrative assistance across training administration and operational logistics. Your strong coordination skills and attention to detail will help ensure smooth processes, efficient communication, and a high standard of service delivery. What you’ll do:

  • Provide administrative support for over-the-counter transactions, including processing sales in accordance with established procedures
  • Assist with the development of policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to regional sub-centres and volunteer teams
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for RTO compliance
  • Manage scheduling of meetings and appointments, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
  • Support the Regional Training Lead with daily operational needs
  • Coordinate public and private training sessions and monitor enrolments
  • Assist with professional development tasks for operational staffs
  • Manage travel, accommodation, and vehicle bookings
  • Process timesheets accurately for operational staff
  • Contribute to delivering function projects on time and to a high standard
  • Support onboarding processes for new operational staff.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
  • Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Experience in working in an RTO or a corporate setting (desirable)
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of training-related operational processes and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
